Gary Embury is an illustrator and senior lecturer at the University of the West of England. He is editor in chief of the online journal www.reportager.org.

As part of the Drawn in Residence II project at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, Reportage artists Olivier Kugler, Tim King, Emily Thomas and University of the West of England Drawing research group members, Anouk Mercier, Lucy Ward and Gary Embury, documented explored and captured the life of the hospital through drawing during the Covid 19 pandemic.
